Returned Check Policy

You will be charged a return check fee of $35 for each returned check. After 2 returned checks, Lyons Excellence LLC will no longer accept checks from that client.

If a check has been returned, please make arrangements to pay any outstanding balance plus the returned check fee no later than 3 days after receiving the notice by Lyons Excellence LLC. The client may make the payment using the following methods:

- Cash

- Credit/debit card
