Policy Details
You can request a refund within 7 days from the date the services have been completed.
After receiving your refund request Lyons Excellence LLC will respond to your request within 2 business days. If a refund is issued, please allow at least 5 days to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit/debit card statement, depending on your credit/debit card company. Lyons Excellence LLC will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
